The St. Croix Rest Area on westbound I-94 in Washington County will be closed for three weeks starting Friday, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.Ramps to the rest area will be closed from 6 a.m. Saturday through 6 a.m. Friday, July 14. Truck parking also will be unavailable.The closest rest area on westbound I-94 prior to crossing into Minnesota is just west of Menomonie, Wisconsin.
