(WMBD) – The man who threw a Molotov cocktail into an Illinois Planned Parenthood location in January has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.Tyler Massengill, 32, wearing an orange jumpsuit from the Peoria County Jail, showed no emotion as the sentence was read aloud in court on Tuesday. He stood before the judge and apologized, saying he never meant to hurt anyone."I feel for the people who have lost their jobs. I'm not trying to play like I am victim at this. I was sincerely hurt," he said, noting that he thought his former girlfriend had aborted their unborn child at the clinic. Cause of death undetermined for man found in Lady Bird Lake, report shows AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A man found dead in Lady Bird Lake in March may have fallen or entered the water or had a "natural event" near the water, according to a medical examiner's report obtained by KXAN.Police and first responders were called to 1100 W. Riverside Drive on the morning of March 5. Clifton Axtell, 40, was pronounced dead at the scene.
