GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - The World Awareness Children's Museum is setting the table for its biggest event of the year. Foods from across the world will converge downtown for the annual International Cuisine Dinner and Auction, set to come to downtown Glens Falls this May. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Renewable energy advocates unveiled a billboard meant to hold Gov. Kathy Hochul accountable to New Yorkers. According to their billboard—and a December survey from Data for Progress—“More New Yorkers want to build public renewables than voted for Kathy Hochul." BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A sniper rifle fell off the roof of a building during Sunday's St. Patrick's Day Parade, Buffalo Police confirmed. The incident occurred at 560 Delaware Ave. at the corner of Allen Street. Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia says the security plan for the parade was thorough, but the department is investigating to make sure something like this never happens again. Periods of rain, high winds and mountain snow continued across much of Southern California Wednesday morning, with the National Weather Service forecasting the storm system sticking around throughout the day. The 71 Freeway was closed in both directions at Valley Boulevard due to a "traffic hazard," according to the California Highway Patrol.
