We get a lot of people calling in the late fall all the way through winter with ants in their homes that they are sick and tired of dealing with. They’ve probably tried half the products on the shelves in the pest control section at the local supermarkets, all the “old wive’s tales”, home remedies and many other things with no long term success.
Even worse than trying everything they can think of before calling a professional, many people will spray harmful poisons on their kitchen or bathroom counters where they prepare foods or keep their toothbrushes without a second thought about the hazard of having those harmful chemicals so close to items that actually go in their mouths.
